The ReStockIt.com Meatball Recipe Revealed

What other blog on earth can make you healthier, smarter, and more efficient all in one post? You’re welcome. Homemade meatballs are very easy to make, and are a faster, cheaper, and tastier alternative to eating out for lunch. At ReStockIt.com, we know you’re dying to learn our secret meatballs recipe. Today we decided to share our italian meatballs recipe with you. Here’s our secret:

Warm up a whole jar of pasta sauce on medium heat in a non-stick saute pan and stir it occasionally with a wooden spoon. On an anti-bacterial cutting board, dice up fresh basil, thyme, half a yellow onion, and two cloves of garlic. A chef’s knife works best. In a mixing bowl, add a pound of ground turkey meat, four ounces of whole milk, four ounces of bread crumbs, two large eggs, kosher sea salt, and steak rub seasoning, and mix the ingredients with both hands. Make meatballs slightly larger than a golf ball, so that they lay half-submerged in the sauce. Cover the pan and cook for 30-40 minutes, turning the meatballs over halfway through with tongs. When done cooking, store the meatballs in several microwavable plastic containers for lunch.

And that’s all there is to it! ReStockIt.com has everything your kitchen or restaurant may need to work smarter. Try our recipe and leave comments with the results, or submit your own meatball recipes right here.
